RETURNS, EXCHANGES and CLAIMS
If you wish to exchange, return, or have a claim regarding your order and you are located in the EU, please complete the return form below. For exchanges, kindly place a new order for the correct size or color after filling out the return form. We will process your refund as soon as we receive your initial order back in our store.
For EU Customers:
- Swedish, Danish, and Finnish Customers: You will receive a QR code to return your product using PostNord.
- Other EU Customers: You will receive a DHL Express return slip.
Outside the EU:

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Non-returnable Items:
- Personal Care Items
- Underwear
Important: Returns cannot be accepted without a return slip provided by us.
Return Timeline:
You may return or exchange your Circle of Friends products within 14 days from the date you receive your package.
Return Costs:
- Sweden, Finland, Denmark: 100 SEK
- Other EU Countries: 20 EUR
Note: Return costs will be deducted from your refund. Approved claims incur no charges.
In-Store Returns:
You can also exchange or return your items within 30 days at our physical store in Malmö, free of charge.
