RETURNS, EXCHANGES and CLAIMS
To exchange, return or if you have a claim on your order, please register a request in the return form below. If you wish to make an exchange please place a new order for the right size/color after filling in the return form. We will refund your initial order as soon as it reaches our store:
Swedish customers will receive a QR code to return your product with at Postnord.
International customers will receive a DHL Express return slip.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. The item must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Personal Care items
- Underwear
Please note that no returns can be sent to us/will be accepted without a return slip administered from us.
RETURN TIME:
You can return or exchange your Circle of Friends products within 14 days from receiving your package.
RETURN COST:
Sweden, Finland, Denmark: 100 SEK
EU: 20 EUR
Rest of the world: 40 USD
Return cost is deducted from refund. Accepted claims are not charged.
STORE RETURNS:
You may also exchange/return your package within 30 days in our physical store in Malmö.
Physical returns carry no cost.
